Tissue Culture Lab

Our Tissue Culture Lab is designed to produce Spathiphyllum micro cuttings that are used exclusively for our own production.

A tissue culture lab is basically a type of propagation facility, where you cut the plants approximately every 5-8 weeks out of vessels, and restick them onto artificial media in jars where they grown and multiply.

There are certain disciplines of sanitation and cutting techniques that must be followed to assure good success.

The Lab allows us to manage and control our supply of plant material that is so important to assuring consistent, reliable finished product for our customers.

There is a new wave of enthusiasm as we develop more varieties of spathiphyllum from our tissue culture indexing procedure.
